Terms & Conditions
Payment & Refund Policy: Membership fees are payable in full and are non‑refundable【833661811196776†L62-L64】. Members may only access services once payments are confirmed.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Personal and organisational information provided to CAG is used solely for communication and administrative purposes. We respect member privacy and handle data in accordance with applicable laws【833661811196776†L66-L72】.
Liability & Indemnification: CAG shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from membership participation. Members agree to indemnify CAG against claims arising from their actions or omissions【833661811196776†L75-L80】.
Termination: Membership may be terminated for non‑payment of dues or violation of CAG by‑laws. Fees are not refunded upon termination【833661811196776†L82-L90】.
Governing Law & Amendments: Membership is governed by Ghanaian law. CAG reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as necessary【833661811196776†L92-L104】.
